The Awaken Spa offers a range of innovative treatments. Expect desert sand and date sugar exfoliations, massages with gold-infused oil and holistic facials. Spa facilities include a hydrotherapy pool, snow fountain, salt cave and meditation garden.
Personal training, yoga, studio and aqua classes are available at the fitness centre.
Reaching 28 metres into the air, be mesmerised by the Skyblaze Fountain displays. Visit the Aquaventure Waterpark, holder of the Guinness World Records™ for the most number of waterslides in a park with 105 for you to try. Head down into the depths of the aquarium with Aquatrek Xtreme where a special helmet allows you to get up close and personal with the tank's sharks, rays and fish.
Aquaventure is the only waterpark with its own private beach with plenty of watersports on offer. There are diving experiences for non and certified divers from introductory dives in the aquarium to a dive amongst the sharks for the experienced.
Atlantis Resorts has a number of initiatives in its sustainability programme and is EarthCheck Silver Certified. Through its water filtration and bottling system, Atlantis Resorts aims to eliminate single-use plastic bottles and they have partnered with local farmers to obtain organic and responsibly sourced ingredients for their restaurants. Atlantis have developed educational youth programmes such as the Marine Explorers initiative to teach younger members of the family about marine conservation.
Children over the age of 3 can become marine explorers with a visit to the shallow waters of Shark Lagoon where they can see starfish, sea cucumbers and rays. Aquaventure has a dedicated zone for children at Splashers Lagoon & Cove.
