Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah

Beachside opulence

An Arabic-influenced resort right on the waterfront with copious facilities.

The Waldorf Astoria is striking and gives you an undeniable sense of place. From the moment you set eyes on the palace-esque exteriors, it packs a serious visual punch; and this opulent design continues throughout the interior thanks to the pearl details, grand archways and Arabian artwork. The setting is also a highlight: it backs a private golden-sand beach that’s lapped by the Arabian Sea and it’s within easy reach of a cluster of restaurants, a Peter Harradine-designed 18-hole golf course – Al Hamra Golf Club – and a shopping mall. Back at the resort, there’s the Waldorf Astoria Spa, a calm sanctuary with floatation beds, hydro baths, steam rooms and a glorious herbal sauna.

Dining at the Waldorf Astoria is a feast for the senses and brings tastes from around the world to Ras Al Kaimah. Buffet breakfast and dinner are served at Qasr Al Bahar, the resort’s main restaurant where the focus is on international dishes. We love the dark and sophisticated vibes at Lexington Grill & Bar, an American eatery with a menu that’s packed with fresh seafood, meat and plant-based options. Other dinner options include the Med-inspired Azure Restaurant and Japanese signature dining at Umi.

Qasr Al Bahar

The American-inspired restaurant is one the must-try venues where grilled seafood, red meat and plant-based alternatives are grilled to perfection.
