L'Ortolan The resort’s buffet restaurant serves up European and Mediterranean dishes for breakfast. Grab a table on the terrace overlooking the pool for that first coffee of the day.

L-Istorja Open for dinner only, this characterful à la carte venue specialises in Maltese and Gozitan cuisine, with signature dishes such as rabbit-filled parsley ravioli.

Il-Baldakkin Bistro & Lounge Open all day for food and drinks, this laid-back spot with views of the pool has a menu of casual favourites from sandwiches to steaks.

Gazebo During the warmer months, you can experience al fresco dining at this charming grill and fish restaurant.

The Pool Bar If you don’t want to wander too far from the water, you can order a refreshing cocktail or snacks at the Pool Bar.

Sitting under the wooden ceiling at L-Istorja, dining on authentic Gozitan specialities, is an experience not to be missed.

With both a dedicated hammam, an Ayurveda centre and a menu of treatments inspired by the seasons in Europe, the spa has an all-encompassing approach to wellness and an aura of tranquillity. Extend the enjoyment with a swim in the indoor pool or a session in the Jacuzzi. The spacious fitness centre features a range of cardio equipment and weights. There are also two tennis courts.
