At the Spa Alila, enjoy an extensive spa treatment menu that focuses on both Asian and western therapy techniques. In charming spa villas, you’ll receive an initial personal consultation to ensure a unique spa experience, customised to your own needs and preferences. In addition to the rejuvenating spa therapies, the spa also offers a variety of exercise, yoga and meditation classes, as well as a number of signature treatments – particular favourites include the two-hour Blissful Spa Indulgence, and the Stand-Up Paddleboard Yoga.
Head to the fish market with the chef to select seafood and visit the organic garden for ingredients for your half-day cooking class. Learn some Balinese dance moves or visit three temples for prayers and meditation.
Take a romantic cruise at sunset along the southern coast.
With its own Sustainability Lab, Alila is committed to manage its waste, produce compost for the organic garden and recycle glass. Much of the resort is built using locally sourced bamboo and rattan and recycled wood including railway sleepers and telegraph poles. Native plants are grown at the nursery to encourage animal and bird life.
'Journey for Little Champs' is the resort's activity programme for the whole family. Learn how to play archery, have a private movie night under the stars at your villa or get planting in the organic garden. Families staying in the Three Bedroom Cliff Edge Villa can set up and decorate a tent on their lawn before indulging in an afternoon tea.
