An intimate safari lodge set in a peaceful location on the edge of the Xakanaxa Lagoon.
In the lush Okavango Delta, Desert & Delta's Camp Moremi is a rural retreat set on the edge of the Xakanaxa Lagoon. A welcoming bush camp, you can relax in seclusion here with just your fellow travellers and the African bush for company. Offering the classic safari experience, during your stay you can enjoy morning and afternoon game drives as well as motorboat trips on the waterways of the Okavango Delta.

Facilities
In the main lodge there are two dining areas, a thatched boma where you can enjoy breakfast and high tea and the main canopy dining room where three-course dinners are served. The fire pit is a popular meeting point for pre and post dinner drinks.
Whats Included
Twice-daily game activities including 4x4 vehicle safaris in the Moremi Game Reserve and motorboat safaris around the Xakanaxa Lagoon and Okavango channels.
Game drives and boat cruises will bring you closer to the wildlife. This area is known for its big cats and elephant herds. If you are lucky, you may get to see wild dog.

When the camp was rebuilt, the idea was to ensure the smallest possible environmental footprint, so there are lots of eco-friendly touches, including a reverse osmosis water-treatment plant so water from the delta is made drinkable. Guests are given their own glass water bottle and there are refill stations dotted around the camp.
Children over 6 are welcome at this hotel.
For families travelling with children under 12, private activities will need to be booked.
