 Mara Bushtops

The Maasai Mara’s five-star tented spa camp

Luxury and tranquillity await at this exclusive tented camp raised above the Mara plains for spectacular views.

While some camps simply serve as a base to explore the incredible surrounds, Mara Bushtops is a destination in itself. This award-winning camp borders the Maasai Mara reserve and is surrounded by a private conservancy, which allows for off-road and night game drives. Daily itineraries are flexible, so one day you might opt for a morning game drive, returning to the camp for lunch before a night drive in the conservancy, while the next you could embark on a full-day drive into the heart of the reserve and to the Mara River. One of Mara Bushtops' most impressive features is its award-winning spa. All dining is à la carte and there's even an underground wine cellar with an impressive selection of wines from all over the world.

Why we love Mara Bushtops

  • Mara Bushtops is surrounded by the stunning Isaaten Conservancy, which is operated by Bushtops and completely private to guests

  • Maximise your time and watch night turn into day with a trip into the conservancy to watch the sunrise

  • The award-winning spa overlooks the salt lick, so you can watch animals coming and going while you relax in the solar-heated pool

  • To maximise the wildlife viewing opportunities, the tents open on three sides
