To take advantage of the setting on this beautiful tideless beach, there’s lots of underwater fun here.There’s a watersports centre for diving and deep sea fishing, or you can book a tour of Zanzibar’s remote islands with a marine guide and a personal chef to whip up meals on your day trip.

They provide opportunities for local people and work with the community and have set up the Sofia Luna Azzola Foundation, a non-profit organisation that aims to improve the lives of people who live in Kendwa Village. So far, they’ve been able to build a primary school and guarantee teachers’ wages, as well as uniforms and materials for its 200 pupils.
