After making its mark in Miami, the Delano brand has branched out in Dubai, bringing an extra dose of luxury to the sparkling shores of the Arabian Gulf.

Despite a contemporary minimalist design, the rooms still manage to retain that cosy feel thanks to wooden accents and soft furnishings. If a view is your top priority, opt for the suites where large windows frame the glistening ocean. The Collins Suite makes a great choice with a huge suite-length terrace serving up unobstructed vistas. If you’re after the crème de la crème though, nothing beats the 5-bedroom penthouse. It’s seriously wow-worthy with bespoke interiors and a private infinity pool.

Facilities
Dining options here are second-to-none. From an Amalfi-inspired Italian to a traditional Japanese teahouse and an ‘elegant street food’ restaurant, they’ve taken ‘something for everyone’ quite literally. Feel-good La Cantine Beach is your go-to for light (and healthy) bites in the sun. Although, Delano Pool’s sandwich and salad offering is just as enticing. Swanky nights call for swanky meals and Michelin Guide 2023’s Best Japanese, TakaHisa certainly fits the bill. If that’s not your thing though, there’s also a Mediterranean, French, Chinese and Slavic-inspired restaurant too. As for the last stop of the night, nothing beats Rose Bar. Pull up a seat, order a cocktail and soak up the atmosphere.
