Vibe Hotel Gold Coast 

This is the second time I have stayed at the Vibe Hotel. I would have to rate it at 0.5 stars, for the following reasons: The booking online was difficult, but we did eventually check in. The parking, under the hotel itself, is a fiasco. Firstly it costs $30 per night, and secondly, booking and payment is done not through the hotel, but through the website of a mysterious third agency, very difficult to navigate and arrange parking. On arrival I noticed loose shower taps the curtain not attached to the flick-stick and to the curtain rod at the end, the sink tap was loose, and there was no plug for the sink. On the second and third days we stayed there the cleaning and restocking of coffee, tea, sugar etc. was not done properly, in fact not at all. The staff attempted to assist but it was obvious they were not properly trained and were overworked, so that attention to guests' needs was minimal. I would recommend that prospective guests stay well clear of this establishment.

Second time staying here, wonderful place to stay. Beautiful pool and bar area the highlight. Excellent location. Ok buffet breakfast and in room comfort, Daily house keeping could be better and a bit more variety of breakfast and served hotter. Shower water pressure not good and shower leaked although maintenance quickly resolved other plumbing issues in a friendly and efficient manner with a room change- thanks Matt. Outstanding customer service from Natalie and Brendon in F & B. Will stay again

Average stay at the vibe, room was lovely and bed very comfortable. Staff need to work on politeness and communication. Went the the “buffet” breakfast. The food wasn’t refilled and we got there with plenty of time. Pancake machine wasn’t working
