On the beachfront at the southern end of Palm Cove, wrapped in Asian inspired design, the Pullman Palm Cove Resort & Spa is a blissful retreat. Another really great evening with our neighbours at our local Sea Temple restaurant. It certainly lives up to its name ‘Temple of Tastes!’ We all thoroughly enjoyed our meals & ambience always much enhanced being served by the wonderful George.

Disappointing from a 5 star hotel - Pullman Sea Temple Palm Cove April 2025 1. The pool staff paid zero attention to us even though there was hardly anyone else around 2. We had to go find staff to ask for menus 3. The empty drink glasses sat on tables for hours. We left the pool, went back to our room for few hours and came back and the empty drink glasses were still in same place aprrox 3 hours later as were on other side table 4. Our empty food plates were not collected so I took them up to the bar where they sat on the bar for another hour or so 5. The cocktails tasted like water. The barman remade mine apologising that his staff didnt get it right (how hard is it to make a pina colada in a resort) 6. The state of the cushions in the outdoor lounge area was absolutely disgusting. We had to try find the seats with the least amount of stains. 7. When we got there our room had mosquitos in it and when I contacted reception they didnt have any room insect spray? They did provide some body spray but by that time we were already well bitten from the mosquitos inside our room. The rooms and swimmimg pool are lovely but the points mentioned above really taint the experience of what should be provided from a 5 star hotel

Did not stay there. Went for breakfast with friends. I won't go back any time soon. Staff: No acknowledgement when you enter mostly empty restaurant. Had to physically ask for menu at the counter as they don't have on tables. One staff member kept bumping into things. It was like none of them wanted to be there. Ordered Eggs Benedict x 2 and Eggs on toast x2 Both orders were cold and poached eggs on toast overcooked. Best service Kudos to the waiter. Decor outdated.
