At its beautiful open-air visitor centre in Bridgetown, you can learn all about the rum maker’s impressive 300-year history. You’ll discover the various different steps required to turn molasses - a by-product of making sugar - and water into the finished product, which have barely changed over the centuries, and have a chance to sample some of the brand’s signature rums.
