All that lounging around is sure to build up an appetite and with six à la carte restaurants, a buffet, grill and a café, Secrets Tides culinary offering doesn’t disappoint. With local and international dishes, buffet-style Market Café is the ideal place to fill up for the day (or a few hours). If you don’t want to leave the beach come lunch, try Barefoot Grill for by-the-sand burgers and hot dogs. For special occasions or if you just fancy getting dressed up, Tierra serves up South American inspired dishes in a romantic setting. Coco Café will also satisfy those early morning or late-night hunger pangs, with snacks on hand 24 hours a day. As for bars, Showtime comes alive at night – sip refreshing cocktails whilst tapping your feet (or dancing) to live music.

At the Secrets® Spa there’s a hydrotherapy circuit with massage pool, sauna and steam room. Couples massage, facials, body wraps and beauty treatments are just some of the treatments on offer. At the fitness centre there are treadmills, exercise bikes, elliptical machines and free weights.
