At the award-winning Oasis Spa, you can indulge in heated bamboo massages, peppermint oil and seaweed body wraps and herbal facials.
The ocean views will keep you motivated as you work out at the fitness centre. Aqua fitness, resistance training and meditation classes are also available, or you may prefer to keep fit on the water by using one of the resort’s hydro bikes.

There are two swimming pools overlooking the beach and Caribbean waters. Fed by natural springs, feel the therapeutic benefits with a dip in the natural mineral grotto and pool. There is also a third pool at Sunset Beach, the au natural beach area.
Try stand-up paddleboarding, take a glass-bottom boat to one of the many snorkelling sites or go diving by day or night. Explore the coast by sea kayak, learn how to water ski or take to the waves windsurfing.
There’s regular transportation to the Upton Golf & Country Club. This championship course has wonderful views across the Caribbean.
