Indulge in an array of rejuvenating or relaxing treatments at the Luxury Ayurvedic Spa, located at Cinnamon Bentota Beach – Signature Selection. There’s a fully-equipped gym, and bicycles to rent if you fancy exploring the local area on two wheels. Learn about Sri Lankan artisanal crafts at the Artisan Village, located within the resort. Get involved yourself with a pottery or drumming lesson.

If you want a break from basking in the sun and want something a bit different to pass the time, there's plenty to do here. The hotel organises a cultural show on special days with local dancers to celebrate the art of Southern dance and music. You can get more hands on with an arts and crafts class led by local artisans. Learn traditional crafting techniques and make a souvenir to take home with you as a reminder of your trip. If you are a foodie at heart, the hotel can give you backstage access with a tour of the kitchen and have a demo of traditional cooking techniques; they may even let you in on the secret ingredients that they use.

Cinnamon Bentota Beach – Signature Selection prides itself on being family friendly. This hotel features one of the best kids’ clubs we have seen in Sri Lanka, complete with ball pit, spiral slide, a pool table, foosball, air hockey, a nice big TV and sofa area, and a play area just for the little ones. They also run a programme of activities and arts and crafts.  The main restaurant has food to suit everyone, from those with adventurous taste buds to fussier eaters, and there’s a dedicated kids’ pool.
