After spending your days exploring Yala National Park, you can enter full relaxation mode at the Sanctuary Spa. Consisting of four treatments set in elephant shaped pods, and an extensive treatment menu all using natural ingredients.

The main safari-like lodge features a free-form infinity pool, meandering through the bar and out towards the beach, with shaded alcoves that have jacuzzi jets for you to enjoy whilst taking in the views.

The watering hole ponds are filled with recycled wastewater from the lodge, whilst the surrounding flora encourages native fauna to thrive in their natural habitats.

Although this lodge has a very eccentric lux feel, it also is great for families. Opt for the Family Cocoon Pool Suite where children can enjoy their very own Urchin to sleep in whilst the adults can enjoy some peace and quiet in the main cocoon.

The lodge offers a Junior Ranger programme which introduces young adventurers (from the ages of 6 to 16 years) to the wonderful wildlife through interactive activities. They can show off their ‘specialist’ certificate and can pass on their knowledge they have learnt about protecting the natural wildlife. Little guests can also learn some new skills in the kitchen at the junior chef class. They can get their hands dirty and prepare some local favourites and even can enjoy their creations after.
