The resort is committed to eco-friendly agriculture and sustainability with the hotel’s garden, Boemi Merusaka at the heart of this. The hotel uses homemade fertiliser consisting of kitchen and garden waste. This helps to cultivate organic home-grown produce which in turn, reduces waste and enriches the soil.

The resort works in collaboration with International Coastal Cleanup and the local community to ensure the sun-kissed shores of Mengiat Beach are kept in pristine condition.

Children are catered for at Merusaka. Along with two-bedroom suites and villas, there’s also a kid’s club. Tamaya Kids Land offers a range of indoor and outdoor activities to keep your little one’s entertained.
