Universal Helios Grand Hotel, a Loews Hotel

A starry-eyed stay

Universal Helios Grand Hotel is a gleaming new flagship hotel at Universal Epic Universe's entrance, a whole new Orlando theme park.

As a guest of Universal Helios Grand Hotel, you’ll get a sense of being a VIP. You’ll have an exclusive entrance to the Epic Universe park, and there’s a swishness to the whole resort, thanks to gold accents, celestial details, and starry touches, all helping it feel extra special. A Mediterranean restaurant is a fitting choice as the main dining venue, given the abundance of cypress trees and Mediterranean flowers in the décor, including whimsical, impressionist-style floral motifs in the guest rooms. Some might say the piece de resistance of the resort is the crowning rooftop bar, although kids might beg to differ: the winding resort pool has underwater speakers and promises fun times all day and outdoor movie screenings and marshmallow toasting in the evening.

Why we love Universal Helios Grand Hotel, a Loews Hotel

  • You can’t sleep closer to the new Epic Universe – this plush hotel is part of the park and puts you right on the doorstep of the action, with some stellar views, too.

  • From the rooftop lounge, Bar Helios, you get unbeatable panoramas across Epic Universe, and it’s a fabulous vantage point to watch the nighttime illuminations.

  • Head to the outdoor fire pits to toast marshmallows or look out for evening movie screenings by the pool and under the stars.

  • The beautiful, tranquil rooms are finished in a sumptuous palette of indigo and amethyst with impressionist floral motifs and crushed velvet accents.
