Disney's All-Star Music Resort

Fabulously fun

This neon-lit hotel gives you a wow factor on arrival without a hefty price tag.

Music-themed and dazzling from top to toe, Disney’s All-Star Music Resort is one of Walt Disney World’s ‘value’ resorts. It means you get some nice-to-have Disney perks like early entry to the parks (accessed by free buses from outside the hotel), but you’ll save some cash as the rooms and facilities are on the simpler side. It’s an excellent option for larger families, as some rooms accommodate up to six guests, and it’s easy to satisfy everyone’s taste buds thanks to a wide selection of dishes at the food court-style restaurant.

Why we love Disney's All-Star Music Resort

  • This is a great hotel for bigger families, as family suites can sleep up to six. They feature a fixed queen-sized bed and two additional queen-sized beds that pull down from the wall, helping to maximise your space during the day.

  • There’s a huge pool shaped like an electric guitar with water squirters for fun under sunny Florida skies. A second pool, the Piano Pool, is a quieter option, although both pools are open to families.

  • Complimentary buses frequently depart to the theme parks, water parks, and Disney Springs – a shopping and dining area.

  • Head to the Calypso Pool to toast marshmallows around the campfire most evenings between 6 pm and 7 pm – check the latest schedule when you arrive. There are also outdoor movie screenings three times a week.

There are two large swimming pools. If you want water slides, head to the Disney water parks, although the guitar-shaped pool has some squirters.

Kids will love the pools here, but that’s not all there is to keep them entertained. In the evening, look out for marshmallow toasting around the campfire, followed by outdoor screenings of Disney movies. There’s also an arcade for older kids. When you check in, you’ll get a schedule of events detailing resort activities, like poolside games or arts and crafts sessions.
