Rosen Plaza Hotel

On International Drive

Rosen Plaza Hotel is centrally located on International Drive, the main thoroughfare running through Orlando.

This large hotel has a heated pool and a decent choice of places to eat, but more importantly, it’s an excellent base for exploring Orlando’s attractions. You can walk to nearby attractions like WonderWorks, Pointe Orlando, and ICON Park, and it’s easy to catch the I-Ride Trolley that runs up and down International Drive. There’s complimentary transportation to Universal Orlando Resort, which is something to bear in mind if you’re weighing up hiring a car, as you’ll pay to park at the hotel and at the theme parks, too.

Why we love Rosen Plaza Hotel

  • It’s within walking distance from ICON Park and Pointe Orlando, an outdoor shopping, dining and entertainment area and home of WonderWorks Orlando.

  • You can catch a free morning shuttle to Universal Orlando Resort. There are three return times, but you’ll stop at other hotels first.

  • International Drive is at your fingertips when you hop on the I-Ride Trolley, which stops at adventure golf courses, escape rooms, outlet shops, and restaurants.

  • A choice of restaurants at the hotel, including a fancy steak restaurant, pool grill, and buffet, means it’s easy to find something everyone will enjoy.
