If I’ve Already Booked
If you booked with one of our Destination Experts over the phone, please call our Sales Support team on 0800 294 9705 and they will be happy to help with your query. Alternatively, if you booked with one of our Personal Travel Experts in store, you can either call them using the number on your holiday confirmation or why not pop into store for a chat and a coffee.
Whilst you’re away
When you arrive at your destination, you will be provided with contact details for your local representative who will be on hand to assist to help you make the most of your holiday. In case of emergencies please call 01306 744435 and a member of our Duty office team will be available to support you.
On your return
If a problem remains unresolved during your holiday, or if you have any feedback for us, you should place your comments in writing to Kuoni within 28 days of the completion of the holiday. If you have booked with one of our Destination Experts over the phone, or if you have made a booking on our website, please place any comments or feedback in writing to our Customer Services team at customer@kuoni.co.uk, quoting your booking reference number. Alternatively, if you booked with one of our Personal Travel Experts in store, you can either send them an email directly, call them using the number on your holiday confirmation, or pop into store for a chat and a coffee.
We will acknowledge your correspondence as soon as possible. In line with ABTA’s Code of Conduct, please be aware that we are allowed up to 28 days to fully investigate and respond to all correspondence received, and our team will work hard to respond as quickly as possible.
