We’re absolutely delighted to have Sarah head up our trade partnerships team here at Kuoni. She’s a passionate sales leader with over 25 years of experience in travel.  Her career began in 1998 at Page & Moy, initially specialising in cruise. In 2016 Sarah joined one of the UK’s largest cruise brands, leading a successful team of regional sales managers in the UK. Looking for a new challenge in 2018, Sarah began working in the touring sector where she was quickly promoted to Sales Director and lead the development and growth of the sales team, taking the trade business to double digit growth.  More recently Sarah’s role expanded to spearhead the international expansion, growing the market in Canada through trade and digital channels. 

Through the years Sarah has visited many countries, loves trying new places and absorbing herself into the culture and cuisine of wherever she is.

Sarah’s commitment and promise to trade partners is to establish, develop and grow relationships to ensure we make our travel agents’ journey with Kuoni the very best it can be.

Matt joined Kuoni in 2017 and is a travel professional through and through, having spent over 25 years in the industry. 

On joining Kuoni he worked as a personal travel expert in Kuoni’s Leicester store, so he’s able to enthuse anyone about the Kuoni brand and the amazing holidays it creates. His Kuoni product knowledge is also second to none. 

Matt’s previous experience working in the cruise industry means his travel knowledge is vast. He’s visited 82 different countries around the world, admitting his most hair-raising moment was skydiving in Hawaii. 

You’ll see Matt regularly on our social channels as he manages the delivery of our Kuoni marketing campaigns to our valuable trade partners, ensuring we keep everyone updated on our offers and incentives as well as new product launches. His clear passion and understanding of for all things travel and abundant energy makes him the perfect fit for this role.

Alix is the newest member of the team joining in December 2024. Having worked for over 10 years in the travel industry, Alix is a true travel enthusiast, she even had a travel-themed wedding. The last two years have been spent as a Destination Expert in the Kuoni Expert Hub, so joins the trade team with a great understanding of Kuoni, our destinations and the exceptional service we offer our customers. 

Her past career in the luxury and corporate travel sector, most recently as part of Emirates’ trade support team gives her valuable experience and a comprehensive understanding of the travel industry from every angle. 

Alix loves immersing herself in new cultures, sampling local delicacies, and discovering the world’s most beautiful hotels. 

Alix’s supporting role within the team, from managing our trade inbox to ensuring our trade platform works effectively, is invaluable in ensuring everything runs smoothly in the goal of growing our trade business.

Adam joined Kuoni in March 2024, bringing over 13 years of travel expertise to the team.

His journey in travel began in 2011 as an apprentice at just 16 with Thomas Cook, quickly climbing the ladder before diving into the exciting world of cruises. Adam’s held key roles with Royal Caribbean and Azamara Cruises, gaining invaluable experience in the trade.

Passionate about business growth, Adam is dedicated to building strong, trustworthy relationships with Kuoni’s trade partners, driving mutual success. Recently named to the TTG 30 Under 30 class of 2024/25, he’s recognised as one of the travel industry’s up-and-coming leaders.

Sarah joined Kuoni in March 2024 with over 16 years of experience in the travel industry. She is passionate about everything travel and brings a wealth of knowledge and connections from the trade community. 

Starting her career at Travelsphere’s call centre, Sarah quickly climbed the ranks, managing call centres before hitting the road, selling river cruises, tours, and attraction tickets. 

A lover of local cultures, Sarah enjoys visiting Asia, the Maldives, and New Zealand, but her heart will always belong to Greece—her annual family getaway, where even her 6-year-old daughter speaks Greek! 

Sarah is committed to delivering outstanding service, building strong relationships, and sharing the unique Kuoni experience with our trade partners.

Dani joined Kuoni in 2019 as part of our sales team, originally in our Glasgow store and then part of our Expert Hub. She joined the Trade Team in 2023.

Coming from a Hospitality, Marketing and Travel background, Dani has a well-rounded knowledge of business growth and building relationships with key players. Dani spent 6 years in living in Dubai working for Emirates as part of their Cabin Crew. This gave her the opportunity to see the world and really gain an in-depth and first-hand experience of tourism and luxury travel.

Travelling to over 70 countries, Dani loves a bit of adventure and has experienced swimming with great white sharks in South Africa and paragliding off mountains in Brazil!

As Trade Partnerships Executive, Dani is responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts, including our Partner Stores, Scottish agents within the SPAA, and select independent branches. Her role focuses on highlighting Kuoni's unique value proposition and fostering collaborative relationships to drive mutual success.
